WBARC- Stage 2 Proceeding to Delivery
Stage 2 of the Wurdi Baierr Centre is now underway, adding new aquatic facilities and upgrades to boost community access and local economy.
Peddle Thorp Architects is pleased to announce that the Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre on the Surf Coast has reached another significant milestone, with Stage 2 now proceeding to delivery.
This next phase will introduce a range of enhanced amenities, including a dedicated learn-to-swim pool, indoor splash park, spa, sauna, and steam room. Additional upgrades will feature expanded change room facilities, increased bench seating, improved storage, enhanced landscaping, and additional car parking.
Stage 2 will not only provide the Surf Coast community with year-round access to high quality aquatic and wellness facilities but will also support local employment and stimulate economic activity in the region
