Peddle Thorp Architects delivered the Flagstaff Green Apartments, located in Batman Street, West Melbourne, for the Australian-owned Spec Property Group.
The apartment development consists of 242 residential apartments and 25 fully serviced apartments and provides residents and short term residents with an indoor swimming pool as well as a fitness room and gym for all residents.
The design’s clean lines balance brick and glass with the warmth of natural timbers and stone tiles to provide a modern building that sits comfortably side by side with its neighbours.
The redevelopment has three types of accommodation ranging from one and two bedrooms apartments, designated balcony area, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom and a laundry area too.
