Creating Communities That Last
Samma Place demonstrates how quality architecture can shape thriving communities. Building on the completed first stage, the project introduces 435 new apartments and advances the broader vision for a contemporary urban village in Melbourne’s north east.
The design approach considers Stage 2 as part of a complete neighbourhood rather than an isolated residential development. New homes, shared amenities, landscaping and active ground floor spaces are brought together to support daily life, movement and connection throughout the precinct.
The architecture establishes a cohesive identity across Samma Place while allowing each part of the development to respond to its position, outlook and immediate context.
16/17 levels, 435 apartments total, designed to achieve a 4-star Green Star rating.
