Devonport Oval Sports Complex

The Devonport Oval Sports Complex is a $60 million transformation of an existing site into a contemporary multi-sport precinct for Tasmania's north-west region, emerging from an initial masterplan and feasibility phase that we led, through to full delivery, now under construction. Six sporting codes, football, cricket, athletics, cycling, basketball and netball, are consolidated into a single integrated precinct, anchored by two indoor facilities: a community hall and a show court designed for higher-level competition. Multi-club social and administrative spaces enable genuine cross-code collaboration, and the embedded St Lukes Wellness Hub places preventative health at the centre of the precinct's everyday life. Associated works, carparking, landscaping, floodlighting, fencing and signage, are integrated from the outset, ensuring the facility operates as a cohesive destination rather than a collection of disparate assets.
