Peddle Thorp Architects is proud to share that the Coonawarra Willam Aquatic Centre has been longlisted for this year’s Australian Institute of Architects Awards.
The project is being considered across three categories:
- Sustainable Architecture
- COLORBOND® Award for Steel Architecture
- Education
The Coonawarra Willam Aquatic Centre integrates, learning, aquatic and wellness facilities to support physical health and holistic development. This multi category recognition reflects the project’s emphasis on Sustainability, combining a high performance envelope, water saving systems, and considered material selection to deliver a highly functional, environmentally responsible asset for the school and the wider community.
