Peddle Thorp was engaged by Bioplant Energy to design and deliver several facilities across Australia and New Zealand. Bioplant is an Australian renewable energy company focused on converting diverse waste products into electricity, diesel, and other valuable resources.
The company delivers innovative, efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions that transform waste into syngas and refined diesel fuels, achieving zero-waste outcomes for its partners and communities.
For the Manawatu Project in New Zealand, the pretreatment equipment is designed to sort over 60tonnes of waste daily, significantly reducing landfill material. The facility has the capacity to power 1,500homes and save over 25,000 tonnes of green house gas emissions annually.Peddle Thorp provided architectural input, functional layouts, and design services across concept design, schematic design, and town planning stages.
